Are your Real Estate Investments in a City safe? Yes. Yes. Yes.
We put together this blog post to answer that question with some cool facts and three exhibits. By the time you finish reading through this, you might just get to see the point and shake your head in unison with us.
Exhibit #1: Dubai (Image came up on our Facebook feed last evening)
Exhibit #2: Las Vegas (Image was in a comment below the Dubai Facebook post. Awesome, isn't it?)
Exhibit #3: Shanghai (Searched and found this gem on Mail Online)
Every before and after image will tell you that no matter how much real estate you build, it is never enough.
Still don't agree? Here are some cool numbers for you to mull over then;
- More than half of the world's population now live in a city, and with the number of urban residents increasing by 60 million each year – that's two new urbanites every second.
- At this relentless rate of expansion, we will see over 70% of the global population living in urban areas by the year 2050
- Requiring the equivalent of a new city of 1 million, built every five days between now and then.

Go ahead then, write out that cheque for the commercial space on the 8th floor of that futuristic building. You can't go wrong with that 'relentless rate of expansion'.
Cheers!
