A Real Estate sales pitch that failed? Hardly!

Trailing below is an email that we had sent to a prospective apartment buyer for an apartment in Guwahati. We are reproducing the letter verbatim;

Did we finally have a sale? No. We could not convert Mr. Baro into our customer but he called back saying he had booked an apartment at another project in the city for a lot less. He also told us that he really loved the way we worked and communicated and that he would always remember and recommend us.

Time will tell. Till then, why not put some heart into your everyday Real Estate sales related communication? It could get you a few extra sales. And these days, few sounds like many!
