Why all Real Estate folks should incorporate this Email Signature

Could that be the greatest long term cost of mindless real estate development?

Hello real estate people out there. Please take a long hard look at the image above. A year ago, that tree, with its erstwhile lush green foliage was home to dozens of birds and a few squirrels. Heck, we also noticed a bunch of stray dogs who called the place home on summer afternoons. Umm, not anymore thanks to that concrete behemoth we helped build right beside it.

Environment agencies, kudos to you guys for making a provision for a 'tree cutting permission' that can be had by paying a little money officially plus some more with the 'un' prefix to that 'o' word.

So, at IREFD, our email signatures are going to look like this from now on;

Dear email recipient. This email comes from a real estate consultant who has helped destroy thousands of trees and the lives of their winged and legged inhabitants to make way for swanky homes, shiny malls and suave office buildings. Feel free to print this email as many times as you wish. In fact, instead of forwarding it to those who need to be in the loop, you should print three copies for each intended recipient and have them sign and send you back the second copy as an acknowledgement. The third copy is for your archive. Can't you see? We are going to hell anyway. Whats a few more prints?
