#1. People who build service roads are a smart and visionary lot. They know a few things our average town planner does not. These relatively narrow roads help infrastructure and development projects by making construction easy!

#2. This ease saves time and money and the resulting development makes the area more inhabitable and prosperous. That means more people want to live, work and shop in such towns.
