Because all of India's Real Estate fraternity (and that means from Panwalas to suited guys in Jaguars) are finally in tears and have forgiven the Times of India for all the wrong doing. Don't trust us? If seeing is believing, let us present you with a screenshot of Priya Gupta's letter that appears on the TOI website today;
Let us look at the 2 big points that she has made there right at the start.
#1. Buy Property in Kolkata - Nothing makes more sense than that and every real estate dude in the City of Joy will tell you how badly we need it. We have been to Singapore recently and if you follow the news, you will know that Kolkata is bloody serious about its real estate. Plus, Kolkata has doubled people's real estate investments in the last 7 years. This is a documented fact!
#2. Buy, Sell and Rent Properties - If you would rather wait for things to calm down in the Jadavpur/ Prince Anwar Shah Road area please take a look at the second point. That suggestion is exactly in line with what your mom, friends and financial adviser have been telling you. You may not be aware but real estate in India has been slow lately and we could do with a few such transactions. TOI will gladly cover such generous moves from you and millions of brokers will rejoice on the streets and will finally have a little money to spare to buy that ticket to watch your films. Am sure you know how critical that is. Currently, they are all being forced to use torrent downloads as they are broke.
Also on the side, you will see that there is a link that will help you get that home loan (you may not need it but it makes sense to take one and keep the huge home loan machinery oiled and smooth) in a jiffy.
Honestly, there are some other things below the opening points in that letter which made no sense to us but our boss man always says, well begun is half done.
