Buying a property in India? Get in touch with a reputed, experienced real estate developer.

google search for indian real estate
You want to buy a property in India but do not know where to begin. The local broker or an agent whose ad you saw this morning in the classifieds has very limited options. Moreover, the agent keeps talking of small, standalone buildings or properties which are on resale. (In most cases, when a property is up for sale, the owner is not satisfied and moving on to something better due to whatever reason. Get a fix on what that reason is. A genuine reason may not be very flattering. But we are all working on various budgets here).

Here is a start up tip. The most reputed experienced real estate developer would probably have a website, even if you are in a small town in India. Try to start with a Google search. See the information that is available. Browse the websites and take a look at the real estate properties on offer and also glance through delivered projects. Every real estate developer loves to brag about the work done, so you are sure to see some past projects. That is a good place to start from.

You could also look into real estate portals (Magic Bricks, 99acres et al) next, which will show up on your real estate search page according to the city you have searched for. There might be some interesting results there as well. We write this because we understand that you do use the internet as you are reading this page. Quite dumb we are eh?
