Indian Real Estate for Dummies

Real estate websites are everywhere. They stare at you through online adverts, scream out from newsprint classifieds and even don the rear side of auto rickshaws in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
However, most of them are mere classified sections in themselves. Project listings, broker registrations, company profiles and some more. There are so many ads on the landing page that one gets confused about what the website owner really wants to achieve in the first place.
At this place, we will try and keep it simple. Give out first hand experiences of what we saw and felt. Over time, we will include general topics that affect people like you and me when it comes to our homes and real estate investments.
For the first two years, we will limit ourselves to general issues, project and developer reviews in Bengaluru, NCR, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata and their important allied cities. If we see that there is a demand for more localised information, we will go out of the way to cater to that demand. We begin this day. Feel free to comment, criticize and guide us as we go along. One more thing. We promise that every single service on this website will always be free to our followers, readers and guests. For life.
