We also believe that the internet is going to cater to a third of all real estate home purchases and investments in India in a few years. Try this. Search Google for the term 'real estate India' and you will see every known Indian real estate portal fighting for the top positions on page 1. There is 99acres and magicbricks and whatnot dot com for all you know. Google page 1 is where the world wants to be. Indian real estate portals have spent some serious money getting their SEO strategies to keep page 1 hogged, right? Wrong.

Now add one more word to your search. Search the term 'real estate investment India' on Google this time. Hit enter and Bam! All the portals are out of the first page of the Google results. Huh? I thought a good 30% of Indian properties were being bought by investors these days. They are certainly not buying through great brokers who have neat websites and have spent a lot of money and effort building these real estate portals!

Now you know where the SEO gap is, right? Try a few more simple key words and there could be many such gaps which your website could fill up and get you to Google page 1, beating a lot of the other big guys in the process. :) And when you get there, remember where you got this idea from!
