There are real estate advertisements and then, there are real real estate advertisements. All those catch lines be darned, we racked up our heads on a lazy Monday and came up with ideas to sell second homes and villas which are not really 'Just 30 minutes away from the Airport'. This one got all our votes and we share it with you, FREE!!

A dude on the lookout for a second home has money to spare, some sort of taste and in all probabilities loves things that have wheels. So our winning idea is to designate some area in the gated community to a Remote Controlled Cars Racing & Dirt Track. To add to the chaos, you, the builder could tie up with a professional Remote Controlled cars and trucks seller and service provider to set up shop in your community and pop something like that picture on one of your prospects who are there for a site visit on a Sunday morning! A half hour at this thing later and a few pics of his trial drive given away as customized souvenirs, you would have a sale and a quarter of his friend circle as prospects for sure.

With a couple of acres at your disposal, you could also build a cool mini airstrip for Remote Controlled single/ twin engine propelled planes and even choppers. Most men we know are basically boy racers at heart. We also reckon that the wives would be darn happy to know that the overgrown kid (read husband) is tearing down the track in his R/C monster truck, winning the race while the kids cheer on and help in the service pit. What amazing families your community would be giving our otherwise mundane world.

Hey! Are there any builders listening to this? We think that if this does not make you think WOW, then you deserve to be building what you currently are. Pink coloured Golf Villas with attached manicure salons. Yeah.

But then, that is just us talking on Monday mornings. Thrill Villas? Sigh. Drool...
