#1. You don't know what a cornice is or why anyone would need it. But you love words like luxury, lavish, square miles, trust and above all, pre/ soft launch.
#2. You know for a fact that super built up area is calculated by doubling the carpet area of an apartment. And you don't really care about what carpet area is. It's a petty matter.
#3. You truly believe that drawing a rectangle with shiny yellow paint on the pavement instantly converts that area into a car park which can then be sold for a few hundred thousand bucks.
#4. You know some big Archie Tects who can make some sober elevations. And your next project is being designed by Hafeez Contractor, your best buddy and childhood friend.
#5. You are an active member of RedEye (you can decipher that one) and you have discussions over coffee with 'friends' who you would love to strangle to death anytime.
#6. You have the courage to sign an agreement to sell with a buyer upon receiving only 3% of the total home value! Of course you cannot issue receipts for the other 40% you have already taken home in a gunny bag. We understand that bit. No worries.
#7. You and your entire office really don't know why that maintenance security deposit of 3 years was charged from every customer in advance. Oh that must be for that Audi Q9. Sorry we forgot. Best things is, even the buyer does not know.
#8. You have 3 hours each day just to travel to that faraway Villa project that you are building. But you cannot find time to take the wife for an ice cream and a walk. Bro you must be stressed.
#9. Your bank overdraft limit is almost exhausted and you have charged every buyer more money than your construction stage deserves. But of course you are a zero debt company! Even Kingfisher Airlines is. :)
#10. You spent a lot of money in that fancy core team workshop to build a vision and mission statement for your company. These statements contain important words like trust, transparency, quality, customer satisfaction and community building. And your vision is your company's tag line anyway, and is plastered across 700 billboards across the city. Building India!
